Streaming Good

HealthStream is dedicated to making a positive social impact on the communities we serve. We believe in "streaming good" by practicing ethical leadership, community stewardship, and social responsibility. Streaming Good is one of our corporate values, and it's also the name of our corporate social responsibility program that brings this value to life.

Streaming Good also allows us to magnify the efforts of a non-profit organization whose mission and values align with our own. We are currently excited to be streaming good with the American Cancer Society.

INTERN PROGRAM

Internships that actually lead to jobs

Our internship program is designed to help students explore their passions and gain hands-on, practical experience while engaging with directors and team members across the organization. At the end of the program, our interns are ready to kick-start their careers. While some may continue school or pursue their careers elewhere, we’re quite proud of the fact that nearly a quarter of our interns begin their careers as new, full-time employees at HealthStream.

BUDDY PROGRAM

Where every buddy knows your name

Our Buddy Program is designed to ease the transition to HealthStream by introducing new team members to the company culture and norms. During their first ninety days, new hires are paired with an existing team member to connect with on a regular basis.

Put another way, a buddy is the friend you always wished you had at a new job—someone to ask where the best spots are for lunch, how to update your badge photo, and which IT employee you need to bribe to get moved to the front of the support queue.
